Cancellation Policy 2023

 At Kensington Suites Toronto, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To provide clarity and transparency, we have developed the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy  (30 nights or less from Arrival Date):

• Cancellations made less than  30days before the scheduled arrival date will result in 100% forfeiture of the full booking deposit.
• Guests shall receive 100% of booking deposit ONLY if they choose to rebook another date with the property.

Cancellation Policy  (30 nights or greater from Arrival Date):

• Cancellations made greater than 30days before the scheduled arrival date will result in 50% forfeiture of the full booking deposit.

No-Show Policy:

• If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice of cancellation, the full amount 100% of the reservation will be charged, and the reservation will be canceled.

Early Departure:

• In the event of an early departure, guests are responsible for the full cost of the originally booked stay.

Modification Policy:

• Changes to the reservation dates, duration, or suite type are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Please note that the reservation deposit refers to the amount paid at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Any refund due will be processed according to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in the guest’s account.

Please be aware that third-party bookings or reservations made through online travel agencies (OTAs) may have different cancellation policies. It is advisable to review the terms and conditions provided by the specific booking platform or contact their customer service directly for cancellation inquiries.
